1. Request a pickup and we will send you a
shipping box with and air bill.
2. You should receive this box in the next 2
Business days.
3. Once you receive the box, put your IBM
inside and call DHL at your earliest
convenience.
Once the IBM arrives at our repair facility, we
are going to test every part of it, and then you
will receive an estimate via e-mail the next day.
if you decide to repair your portable device,
then you should have it back as soon as
possible.
